My name is Jennifer Alvarez, I was born and raised in Costa Rica. Being born in a country where dancing is part of our culture, I have danced all my life. I started taking professional dance classes when I became a mother 11 years ago. That's when I discovered my love for helping new moms with dancing and childbirth education. In addition to dance, I am passionate about women's wellness. I hold a HypnoBirthing certification in Spanish and English. I am excited to share my love for dancing and prenatal education with you. I offer in-person and online Dancing For Birth and HypnoBirthing classes.

Cancelation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you and/or your baby. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; 48 hours notice is required to cancel three or more services. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will result in a forfeit of booking deposit. Late arrival to appointments are accepted provided you arrive within a 30 minute window of your appointment time as scheduled. Your appointment will end as scheduled with no additional time added or reduction in service charge. Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time shall be considered as a no-call no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. After a no-call no-show is presented on a clients record clients will be required to prepay for services. We recognize and value the time of our clients and therapist and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. We are obligated to compensate our therapist and employees for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. This policy allows us to retain great therapists and employees, as well as provide the best service to our customers.
